    I am human first, therapist second. I am a Vietnamese American psychotherapist that enjoys anime, creative pursuits, and fanfiction. I have been helping adults, teens, kids, and couples since 2013. I specialize in working with Asian American clients, adolescents, couples, and geeky LGBTQIA+ folx. I also offer clinical consultations. Using my education, clinical training, and life experiences, I am here to help you make a personal transformation that will allow you to live the life you were meant to live.

    Some therapeutic modalities that I currently incorporate in my work include Brainspotting (Certified), Sandtray, Expressive Art Therapy, and somatic interventions.
